I first met Kaitlyn and Cole when we did their pregnancy announcement photos back in May of last year. I just shared their most recent family photos at Garden of the Gods with baby Sage. It was so fun to capture these beautiful Colorado Springs mountain maternity photos for them last fall. I love seeing my clients again and again and capturing these big milestones for them. Maternity photos are so special and it brings me so much joy to capture these memories for my clients.
I absolutely love doing maternity sessions. There is something so magical about awaiting the arrival of your first child! Your life is about to change more than you can even imagine. It is such a special time to document, full of so much joy and excitement.
Mountain views are one of my most requested session locations. I am always on the hunt for new mountain locations in the Colorado Springs area. This spot is a new favorite of mine. It has beautiful tall pine trees and a beautiful field surrounded by mountain views.
As you can tell by the beautiful colors, these photos were taken on the cusp of fall! September is the most over looked month for photo sessions. The colors are just stunning and the weather is usually so perfect. Later in fall it can be more unpredictable. This location is stunning when the fall colors are at there peak but I also love the colors and tones in these photos as well.
