Editing is one of my favorite parts of photography. I really enjoy the creative process. Today I thought I’d share before and after photos from some of my recent sessions. I edit all photos in both lightroom and photoshop! The first image you’ll see below is the SOOC or straight out of camera image and the second image is the final edit. I love the way editing brings a photo to life. There are a million ways a photo can be edited. When choosing a photographer it is so important to pick one whose editing you love. It is also a constantly evolving process. As I learn new little tips and tricks along the way my editing process changes. As you see below every session edits a little bit different. This is because the light, location, and outfits all play a big role in the way a photo edits. Below is a sampling of different sessions from many different locations, different light, and with different families.
