Why Families Love Fall Mini Sessions in Colorado Springs
My fall mini sessions are always my most popular sessions of the year. I have so many families who come back year after year, which I truly love. I’m so excited to share what I’ll be offering for Colorado Springs fall mini sessions in 2026.
Fall is such a perfect time for photos. The colors are beautiful, the light is soft, and everything feels a little more cozy. These sessions are also perfectly timed so you’ll have your photos ready for holiday cards and gifts.
Mini sessions make it easy to capture this season without a big time commitment. They’re quick, fun, and still deliver a full gallery of meaningful images.

Who Fall Mini Sessions Are Perfect For
Fall mini sessions are great for families, maternity, and couples.
However, because these sessions move quickly, they work best when everyone is ready to jump in and participate. I always recommend that everyone comes ready to follow prompts, stay connected, and have fun together.
For babies and toddlers who need a little more time, a short session is often a better fit. It allows for a more relaxed pace while still keeping things simple.

What to Expect During a Mini Session
Fall mini sessions are quick, simple sessions, designed to be fun. Each session is just 10 minutes, but you’ll still receive a full gallery of beautiful images. I’ll guide you through the entire session with easy prompts so you don’t have to worry about what to do.
Before your session, I’ll also help with styling through my client closet, style guide, and personalized outfit help. The goal is to make everything feel as easy and stress-free as possible from start to finish.

Mini Session vs Full Session: Which Is Right for You?
Choosing between a mini session and a longer session really comes down to what you’re looking for.
Mini sessions are perfect if you want something quick and simple. They’re great for updated photos, holiday cards, or families who know they can jump right in and make the most of a short amount of time.
On the other hand, full and short sessions give you more flexibility. They’re a better fit if your kids need time to warm up, if you want more variety, or if you’re hoping for a more relaxed experience overall.
If you’re not sure which option is the best fit, I break it all down in more detail here: Choosing the Right Session Length for Your Family
