North Cheyenne Canon Engagement Photos
I was so excited when Lisa reached out to me to do her Colorado Springs engagements photos. We were rained out by a huge thunder storm on our original session date. So it was a huge relief when we finally had a clear evening for their session. Summer thunderstorms can make scheduling such a challenge.
Engagement photos are some of my favorite sessions because I just love the intimacy of capturing a couples love. It is so important for me to go to a secluded location so we have some privacy for engagement photos. It can be hard for couples to feel comfortable with an audience and I totally understand that. Honestly I prefer to have the spot to ourselves for all my sessions. Lisa requested mountain views for her session. This beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains is one of my favorites spots for mountain views.

Lisa did a great job choosing outfits for her session. Rust is my favorite color to photograph and looks stunning against the green grass. Many people don’t realize just how important wardrobe choices are for the overall look and feel of your photos.
