Colorado Springs Baby Photographer
I was so excited we were finally able to do Lindsay’s family session after rescheduling twice due to weather. That is just how winter goes in Colorado Springs. We were so lucky to have the perfect evening. It was so warm and sunny!
Lindsay booked her family session to capture portraits of her almost one year old daughter. The red romper her daughter is wearing is a family heirloom. Lindsay and her mom wore it when they were babies as well. I love the opportunity to get to know my clients and tell their story.
This is my favorite location for winter photo sessions. If the sun is out, it always feels warm up there. The trail dries up quickly, so we don’t have to worry about tromping through mud. The light is perfect in the fall and winter months!
It is definitely a little more challenging to get baby smiles while wearing a mask but so worth it to keep everyone safe! I haven’t photographed nearly enough babies in the last year thanks to COVID, but I am happy to be back out their capturing memories for my clients!
