I can’t believe my baby girl is a year old. She’s actually 15 months already. Time goes by so much faster with baby #2. One year old sessions are the best. It’s the perfect time to capture photos of your baby. Kiddos this age are usually pretty happy being outdoors and really engage with the camera. Plus one year old’s are so stinking cute and I love all the little expressions they make.

Big brother was practically begging to have his photo taken because I had been focusing all my attention on his little sister. HA it works every time!

When it comes to dressing kids, the key is simple + comfortable. The goal? Outfits that look polished but still let them move, play, and have fun during your session.

👦 For boys: chinos, corduroys, or jeans with a long sleeve t-shirt or button-down. Layer on a flannel, jacket, or beanie for extra texture + warmth. Finish the look with neutral sneakers or boots.
